- Eligibility:
- This competition is open to all members of UNISON EMAS branch only.
- Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
- How to Enter:
- To enter, participants must complete the competition (which could be a puzzle or another type of challenge) as detailed in the competition section of the newsletter, and email their answers to comms@unisonemas.org.uk.
- Entries must be received by the specified closing date to be considered valid. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Prize:
- There will be one winner selected at random from all the correct answers submitted.
- The prize for each competition will be detailed in the competition section of each month’s newsletter.
- The prize will be distributed by UNISON EMAS to the winner’s address, as provided by the winner upon contact.
- The prize is non-negotiable and cannot be replaced with any other item or cash equivalent.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries with correct answers.
- The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
- If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
- Closing Date:
- The closing date for entries will be the 24th of each month. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
- Data Protection:
- Personal data provided by entrants will be used only for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner. Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for the administration of the competition.
- General Terms:
- UNISON EMAS‘s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- UNISON EMAS reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond their control.
- Liability:
- UNISON EMAS will not be liable for any technical failure, or any other reason that may prevent an entry from being submitted.
- UNISON EMAS takes no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in the course of the competition, including loss of prize.
- Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
